A PARADISE TOO FAR
Synopsis
In the middle of winter, Samuel, a young man and his sister Émilie, both living with a slight intellectual disability, sneak away from their foster home to search for their mother who died suddenly in a road accident. On a first attempt, they will go to their mother's house only to find that she is no longer there. Subsequently, they rush into the forest in search of Matchi Manitou, the paradise of hunting and fishing, where they think they will find their mother.
